Plum Creek has been one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Kyle, and NLAI has helped KPG Commercial put their mark on a wide stretch of new retail development along Kohlers Crossing. This phased project incorporates six mixed use shell buildings with site amenities along a winding suburban drive. The site attracts retail, office, medical office and restaurant tenants to serve the growing population with a children's play area and outdoor patios.
