This two-story downtown retail building was originally built for a furniture showroom with the second floor being utilized as a warehouse space. NLAI converted the building into a five-story multi-tenant office building with prominent balconies facing Guadalupe and a rooftop terrace with expansive views of the capitol and downtown. Expanded glazing front and back allows plenty of natural light into this zero-lot-line building.
